Other Event Information
Capacity: We comfortably accommodate 80-100 guests. If your guest count exceeds 80 loved ones, let’s discuss how to best accommodate.
Rental Hours: 13 hours: 10 am - 11 pm (guest departure by 10 pm, vendors by 11 pm)
Rental Periods: We only book one wedding per weekend. Rental item drop off from 8 am -5 pm the day before, venue is yours for 13 hours the day of your event with Monday rental item and personal décor pickup from 8 am - 12 pm. Relax knowing you can drop off your special adornments the day before your nuptials.
Catering: Explore our list of preferred caterers. If you would like to use caterer that is not on our list, please let us know and we’ll discuss.
Wedding Rehearsal: If you are booking a wedding ceremony, you will have a dedicated 90 minute rehearsal on the day before your wedding.
Reservations & Fees: 50% of total amount reservation fee and signed contract will reserve your date. The full balance is due 60 days prior to the event. We accept cash, check, and credit cards (note: 3% credit card processing fee).
Payment Plans: We offer monthly payment plans leading up to your date. Please let us know if you are interested.
Required Day-of Coordinator: A licensed, day-of coordinator is required for all ceremonies and receptions. We have suggestions if you need referrals.
Parking: We provide limited onsite parking (3 spaces). Offsite parking shuttle services are required (and included in fee).
Pets: Pets are welcome to celebrate on your special day! Typically they are part of getting ready pictures and ceremonies.
Accessibility: Our venue has gentle slopes to reach most areas on the property.
Liability Insurance: Please plan to purchase event insurance with a $2M limit for the day of the event. Insurance can be covered through a personal insurance provider, www.theeventhelper.com, or www.eventsured.com.
Alcohol: You may serve hard alcohol, wine, and beer provided that it is purchased prior to your event and poured by a professional, licensed bartender. Hard alcohol may be served during cocktail hour and if you’d like to continue pouring throughout your reception, we require an additional refundable $1,000 retainer.
Candles & Fireworks: Please use candles with glass hurricanes/protectors or battery operated candles.
Music: Atmospheric music throughout the grounds is welcomed; amplified (dancing) music only allowed inside the Banchetto with the doors closed.
Hotels: Courtesy room blocks are available through Archer Hotel, Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn in Redmond. Please inquire for contacts.
Event Retainer: A refundable $1,000 event retainer is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. This will be returnable to the Client up to two weeks after the event has been held, unanticipated expenses accounted for, and the property has been reviewed for any potential damage from the event.
Non-wedding Events: We welcome events other than weddings (e.g., baby showers, reunions, birthdays) Please inquire if you are interested.
Parties on the Terrace is a gated, private estate. On-site tours are by appointment only. In order to respect and avoid disrupting any ongoing events, we ask that you please refrain from visiting until you have scheduled an appointment.
